Mindfulness & Wellbeing
Masha offers an 8 week, 16-session Mindfulness and Wellbeing programme for primary and secondary schools. This is designed to help improve children’s resilience, emotional wellbeing, ability to concentrate, and enhance their capacity to learn and achieve better educational outcomes. The programme can be adjusted to your school’s requirement. Masha has 12+ years of working with children and young people therapeutically in different settings, including schools, residential care, child trauma treatment centre, as well as in private therapy practice.
Critical Incident Support
Post-incident interventions, including group facilitation and one-to-one support, are available to school staff and students following serious incidents (death, significant injury, etc). Masha is a trauma specialist who holds a Master of Science degree in Therapeutic Practice for Psychological Trauma, is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management, and has many years of experience in supporting both children and adults who have gone through traumatic events.
Team Away Days
Masha is a highly experienced groupworker and will skilfully and diplomatically facilitate your team’s discussions, problem-solving, reflective sessions, visioning, creative and team-building exercises, as well as offer relaxation, mindfulness, sound meditation and other wellbeing activities to help your team unwind and revive.
